How do I get help with my account or billing?
Email support@getactivesocial.com with your account email and whether it’s billing, setup, or Telegram. We reply in English. Don’t send passwords.
Are there hidden overage fees?
No. Your plan includes monthly credits. If you use them up, posting pauses until you add more. We don’t send surprise invoices.
How do I draft a post in Telegram?
Use /post to draft. Use /new when you want a fresh thread. Everyday posts use the Standard setting — that’s the one that doesn’t burn through credits.
Can I post more without upgrading plans?
Yes. Add more credits anytime in $10 increments — $10 gets 10,000 more. You don’t have to change plans. Full billing detail is on the Pricing FAQ.
What is Command Center?
That’s the plan for teams that also want help with comments, common DMs, and CRM — plus four times the credits. Email support with subject “Command Center” if that’s you.
Are credits refundable?
No. Credits aren’t refundable. They stay until you use them. You can still cancel anytime — we just stop charging.
